"Working with the PLJ crew was an excellent experience from start to finish. My deck came out absolutely beautiful?exactly how I envisioned it. The team was super nice and took the time to answer every question I had along the way. I highly recommend PLJ to anyone looking to turn their project into reality. They get a thumbs up and 5 stars all day long!"

"We interviewed five builders for our 310 square foot primary suite addition and interior reconfiguration. This included excavation for a new foundation, opening the existing foundation wall to join the spaces, a new walk out entrance, and site grading. From the beginning Konstantin Aleksandrov, the owner, listened carefully, made suggestions about layout and finishes, and was aware of every detail along the way. He maintained communication with the workers and with us. The crews were professional and personable (and punctual too!). Materials were ordered in a timely manner and managed on site. The the work area was orderly and well maintained on a daily basis. There was a flow of skilled subs: electrical, roofing, hardwood flooring, insulation, gutters, tile, drywall and painting. Building inspections were coordinated with the appropriate Town personnel to keep the project moving. We did select our paint, tiles, and bathroom fittings from area suppliers and then coordinated delivery and installation with Konstantin. Because of some Covid related supply chain issues with the exterior finishes, we added a complete re-siding project which involved the construction of a new front porch. The crews moved seamlessly from interior to exterior work. We are extremely happy with our addition and the new look of our house."

"Deck is 24+ years old and looks new again. Prompt, personable, professional team of two. Will hire for painting work in the future."

"I hired Starbuck to do some remodeling in our pool house. They were prompt in suppling us a quote and scheduling the project. Roberto has great to work with. His team put up internal walls using shiplap, added a bar to the pool house and special molding. The team worked a long day, worked very well together and were in good spirts the whole time. They did the job in about 12 hours. Roberto stopped by the next day to assure all went well. I was very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them."

"They did excellent work installing expensive glass tile. And they were very efficient while maintaining quality work. I would certainly hire them again."

"The young man sent to power wash our deck and railings was outstanding, and Andres, the business owner, checked to make sure everything was perfect and that we were happy before he left the premises. I highly recommend this organization ."

"Capital Construction Contracting was amazing! We absolutely love our deck! High quality and perfectly built to our specifications. Very professional, explained everything in detail, started when they said they would, and finished on time. From the first conversation until the last was no more than 6 weeks."

"Mike and his crew were highly professional and delivered quality work in a timely manner. We had had a negative experience with our prior painters so this experience was greatly appreciated."
