"A little over a month ago, Rick Raymes and his crew finished work on our back deck and I cannot say enough good things about Rick and his crew. From our initial meeting to discuss the project, Rick not only showed up, on time, but he and his crew even started earlier than anticipated! The finished project, which consisted of replacing the original deck and adding a pergola, far exceeded our expectations and where there were structural issues in the original framing that was not replaced, those issues were fixed and at a very reasonable price. They left a clean worksite daily and I have yet had to pick up any construction trash left behind from the project. Workmanship, pricing, and everything about the project was outstanding! If you want your deck construction project done right the first time, your only call should be to Cape Fear Deck & Fencing, you will not be disappointed! Highly recommend this company."

"Excellent. When Jim came to my home to give an estimate, my wife wasn't even sure of the design. All she knew is that she wanted a multi-level deck. Jim sat down with us and helped my wife design her "Dream Deck". He even suggested ideas that my wife loved but my wallet hated (LOL). In the end we received that deck that my wife loves. The job was stared ahead of schedule and completed early. The crew was professional and very friendly. Jim even surprised us with a few upgrades that he covered the cost on. All the other contractors I had come out asked me what I wanted to do and Boyce assessed the situation with my deck and told me what we needed to do. I had two other contractors from angis list out and neither even considered these things that needed to be addressed. Once we discussed all estimates and contractors Boyce and Gault services was the one to go with. Now that the project is complete we couldn’t be more satisfied with the work they did.
