This made it very easy to start working together right away. Now the deck looks beautiful, and they were able to stain our wooden deck furniture to match. Javier and his brother Daniel arrived promptly at 8:00 a.m. each day and worked hard all day, with the exception of lunch. The two of them work together very well. When they finished the deck, I told them that I would sweep off the saw dust, but Javier wouldn’t let me sweep the deck, He told me I am paying him to perform that duty. Javier and Daniel are experienced hardworking men who value precision, and pay attention to the littlest of details. Our new deck is as stiff as concrete, no sags, no squeaks at all. "The job included prepping and painting my 1400 sq ft home and picket fence. It also included demo-ing the old window boxes that were structurally built into the walls, and custom-building new ones. In addition, a garden shed that had been built onto the back of my home was also demolished. Ivan was great to work with - very collaborative and responsive and has a good eye for esthetics. The work was exceptionally high quality. The team shows up early and works hard. It was also super-convenient that Ivan is licensed in carpentry as I didn't have to deal with custom window-boxes as a separate project. Last note is that as a single woman, it is important to me to feel comfortable with the people around my home. Ivan's team, including his wife who is often onsite, are so friendly and always respectful. They will be my go-to for all future projects."
