"Al Surface Restoration did a great job as promised and they did identify any issues that they came accross and advised how to handle. Everything looks brand new. Very professional."

"Very pleased: fast and clean. Straightforward sales with no criticism of competition. Got exact roof I sought with features I requested and no upsell. Price was better than others. Complete before expected since I was able to accommodate short gaps between weather events."

"Betim did an excellent job, hired him to remove old and install new doors and moulding and baseboards around my entire house. It was a very pleasant experience from very start to finish. I would strongly recommend him!"

"Needed fence fixed, pool taken down, and cabinet fixed. His work was excellent, so was his price and he was prompt and neat. Happy to recommend."

"Mack Rubio and company did an excellent job of replacing deck boards on two levels, new railings, and lattice. Check with us throughout the job-great customer service and timely. Highly recommended."

"Mr. Powers, at first, was courteous and reliable; the project seemed to have problems, and he was getting frustrated at having to surface the existing deck due to its configuration; he claimed that the measurements and figures were off, while another professional disagreed with his calculations; the project was delayed due to materials being delayed by supplier; Mr. Powers suggested another other remedies for steps and that I purchase an additional type of board for $120, which I did; i paid Mr. Powers in full of the understanding that he would come back and finish off certain areas; during this time, a death occurred and he was unable to come when scheduled; when I texted Mr. Powers, he began belligerent, and cursed at me. I do not find it professional to curse at a client and refuse to take phone calls. I ultimately told Mr. Powers not to come back to my house and to refund the board I purchased that was in his possession. He did so. Since the time of completion, May 2026, numerous boards have come loose. I had someone else correct this issue, and now more boards are coming loose, which I texted him about and showed pictures of on September 9, 2026, and have not heard back from Mr. Powers regarding acknowledgment or addressing the loose boards, as my contract provides for two (2) years."

"Very great service. Rati and a couple of the guys came did everthing on time and beyond expectations highly recommend! Thanks again"

"The Pro did the job perfectly, very good and very fast. I recommend this Pro highly."

"Hiring Elson, Ardi and their team was a great choice from Day One. Their proposal was well conceived, the price was very competitive, and the work was completed on time and on budget. Dismantling and removing the old roof deck on our co-op in midtown Manhattan and replacing it entirely with a well designed new one was a big job but was finished remarkably quickly. Plus, Elson made several recommendations that greatly improved final result. As President of our co-op, I would unequivocally recommend this company."

"Excellent job cleaning my home. Definitely would recommend them"
