"Fabiano handled a gut renovation of an apartment involving demolition of kitchen and bath and then building the new kitchen and a new bathroom. He also renovated all bedrooms including divisions ding one bedroom into two made closets removed old paneling installed baseboards also installed new floor fixed the stairs. He also got installers to do carpet electrical floor sanding and coordinated with a plumber. He did some painting himself and hired painter as needed. He worked on the job for three months and finished on time. He was excellent to work with. Explained everything clearly came up with solutions to the issues I raised. He left everything clean. I have the highest recommendation for him. I have worked with many contractors and handymen and he is among the top two."

Despite some bumps along the way - I could not be more pleased with the result. The shower came out beautiful. An exhaust fan was also installed. I also had Steve tear down an existing 10x10 wood porch that had 2 stairways and a gate and replace with composite and vinyl. The porch is exactly what I envisioned. It looks great.
