"They did a great work and easy to work with . They came on time and did everything in one day well done."

"Work was expertly done. One larger deck of wood was repaired to look like new including painting and replacing shingles and facing. A second smaller deck was replaced with composite decking and repairs and paint to areas from old deck were also made. Excellent work. Job was started immediately and with much hard work was completed in three days. Well done for a fair price."

"As all the previous reviewers have said, DC 57 Construction is definitely a 5 star company. Lucas came to my home 3 times and helped me plan out the job. The job included: rebuilding a wood ladder to the upstairs loft, installing a railing and a new door in the loft, and adding shelves in the bathrooms. In addition, Lucas installed two railings for my back deck. Lucas and Tiago are both finish carpenters and they do excellent work at a very reasonable price. I am having Lucas come back soon to install a new screen door. Hiring Lucas and Tiago was definitely a great decision as my home looks much better."

"Renalto and his crew were professional at the work they did. They ripped out my old deck and installed Trex decking and railings Would recommend to anyone out there did a awesome job Would hire again"

"Nestaly was very professional & explained everything in great detail. They were efficient, organized & made sure I was well informed of everything that was being taken apart in my kitchen. They remodeled & painted my kitchen along with living room & hallways."

"Bob Griffin is a true professional. A list of projects he completed on my home follows . Note that I was "5-Star" impressed with his work in every area. - Soft wash of roof, exterior siding, and patio - Apply two coats of Cabot's bleaching stain to home exterior - finish all fixtures (hinges, handles, and all fixtures) - Caulk and / or putty all areas exposed ( cracks, splits, etc..) - He was hired to "soft" power wash my home and then apply two coats of Cabot's bleaching oil to the 7 year old cedar shingles. Bob showed up. on time, worked a full day, and kept me informed of all progress. The "soft" power wash left the roof and exterior of the home in beautiful condition. He also added a soft wash of the back patio; again, it came out beautiful and was a task he threw in no-charge. He applied caulk and wood putty as required to protect any cracks or gaps in the surface. He then went on to refinish all the black hinges, handles and fixtures. These details really made a difference. I was so impressed with all of the above that I asked Bob to return to paint the cellar. Once again, Bob sought the right paint and primer for the job and covered the walls and floor of this old cellar in record time. We can not get over the improvement to the home while under Bob's control. Finally, I was always so impressed with Bob's initiative. He helped declutter the cellar before starting the paint without so much as a word. His pricing is more than fair in every way. He is a very nice man and I am happy to have met him. He strives to exceed every customer's needs. He is something special and earns 5 stars in every area."

"Justin was great, he communicates and does the job right. We are so happy with our new deck"

"Everything went well and came out perfect!!"

"Jeff was referred to us by our neighbors to install new decks for us. The experience was great from day one. Jeff and his crew were very easy to work with and the quality of their work was superior! They completed the job on time, cleaned up well every day before they left and the decks are beautiful, better than we ever imagined. Jeff is a very talented guy, great employees and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend them!"

"Because we had recurring leaks near a second story deck with sliders, our project included removing the deck, replacing the sliders with a large window, and replacing cedar shake shingles on two sides of the house. The project lasted over two weeks and included both interior and exterior work. These folks were a pleasure to work with. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it, and their craftsmanship was excellent. The workers on site were skilled, polite, considerate and cleaned up after themselves every day. Dennis also came in at his estimate, with no surprises except a few hundred dollars to replace water damaged wood panels, which were only evident after shingles and Tyvek were removed. We fully intend on hiring them for our next project. I don't often give 5-star reviews, but Island Maintenance and Remodeling earned this one."
