"This deck replacement was not a straight forward job. The original deck was built over 40 years ago by my husband. It overlooks a deep ravine and the sides of the slope are very slippery this time of year. The crew went to work and in no time the original deck was removed and they started on the supports for the new deck. "Mr. Powell was fantastic throughout my deck project. He was low bidder. He provided great service with specific terms. He was here when he said he would be here - every time. He worked in the mud and rain to ensure the job got done. He handled all permitting and approvals flawlessly. The entire project took less than a month from initial permit approval to final inspection. The site was cleaned up and he also worked around my landscaping without damage. He actually tried to charge me less than the initial bid but I chose to pay him the original bid anyway. On top of all this, he's a nice guy. I highly recommend him for any kind of similar project."
