Yann the owner, from day one was personable, professional, prompt and a perfectionist. He and his crew went out of their way to get our deck done within budget and in a timely manner. We never felt forced or pressured into making decisions, but were encouraged to make decisions together for this project. Yann’s work ethic really was above and beyond what we expected. It was a tough work with demo and complete rebuild, but everyone on his crew had a very positive attitude and worked very hard until all of the work was done! When he came for an estimate on the deck showed us what additional things he could do with some issues with the deck. I definitely appreciated that and ultimately why I chose his services. He communicated when he would be there, issues with our old paint and our chosen paint, and he showed us his test paint areas from the old deck paint and how it contrasted with the new paints.
