"Removed old deck within a couple of hours. The new deck was installed the next day with 90 % completion. Finished product was beyond my expectations, work was performed at good time frame and crew very professional. Excellent quality of work and I would highly recommend to anyone needing concrete, deck, or fence work. New deck is 12x16 and is definitely safer than my old deck"

"Great job!! The deck opening and added steps looks very professional and feels very sturdy. James and Dave worked to make sure the work was done very shortly after HOA approval and they ensure everything was done properly. All the materials matched my original decking perfectly. The guys that did the actual work were very skilled at their craft and made sure the fittings and all were perfect. I am pleased with the final product and happy I can now walk off my deck into my backyard. Thanks all!!"

"Mike and his team did a fantastic job restoring our wood deck. I found MJM Restorations to be responsive, helpful, professional and fair throughout the entire process from the initial estimate to job completion. There were multiple layers of paint of the deck which required a lot of work to remove. Mike communicated frequently on the progress of the work, including when an additional piece of equipment and extra labor hours would be required to finish the job properly. Mike and his team showed up on time and finished on schedule. He also answered many of my questions about the sealant and how to properly care for the wood deck in the future. I will definitely hire MJM in the future for any deck and fencing restoration needs I have. Highly recommend!"

"Stan, the owner, and his crew did an outstanding job on our wood back deck and front deck stair replacement. The quality of their work was excellent, and they completed everything quickly and professionally. They were friendly, respectful, and kept the work area clean. Additionally, the price was very fair considering the quality provided. I highly recommend Stan’s Home Improvement to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and reasonably priced work!"
