Extensive deterioration of the original hidden support footings was found upon demolition of the original deck that required additional material and labor to correct. This extra effort was provided for a reasonable charge as detailed in the original contract. The IBE crew completed the deck construction in three days, hauled away the demolition debris, and left the work site clean and in order. This project experience with IBE provided real value with an excellent work product at a reasonable price, responsive communication, and respect for our property.
