"Rocky and his team Carlos, Duan and Rubin are extremely professional, responsive and efficient. The waterproofing in my upper deck and garage floor coating are done in high quality of workmanship and careful manner. I really appreciate their positive and helpful work attitude. I highly recommend them to any home owner."

"Allwyn was super responsive and collaborative. He worked with us to design the final solution (a unique shaped concrete pad with stamp design) which ended up being much less expensive and much more beautiful and functional than the original plan (a wood deck). He went beyond what was asked to make sure he and we would be proud of the result. Allwyn asked great questions, attended to detail, and offered creative changes. We had some challenges with an electrician Allwyn subcontracted. The electrician missed some appointments. Ultimately, the work was completed and the quality was excellent. I look forward to working with Allwyn again."

"I had Ocean Seven Builders replace a roof on my primary residence along with a rental property of mine. They knocked out the work at my house in one day and were done by 1pm on the rental property. They were prompt and showed up first thing in the morning and did a lot of prep work to make sure there wasn't any debris falling on my deck table or in my air conditioner. They contacted me once during the day to confirm the color of two vents. I stopped by at lunch and they answered all questions, etc. When I came home in the evening from work they were leaving and they did not leave any trash, nails, etc at all. The roof looks great after the work was completed. I would hire them again."

"Not sure what position he has at the company, but the contractor that came out, George (I think that was his name, he didn't talk too much), was pleasant, helpful, and thoughtful of our budgets and what we wanted to do. We did have to leave someone at home but the quality of work was phenomenal. I've already recommended a few other neighbors to them after showing off my deck. Glad I decided to seek help instead of doing it on my own because they really made a great addition to my yard. Highly recommended!"
