"They did a fantastic job on our deck remodel! Very meticulous and professional! We were so pleased with their work!"

"From the start Dennis was very engaging and detailed on the project. Condor and his crews delivered perfect on our vision. Being new to the area it was such a pleasure to have the high level of communication and commitment to the project! Start to finish took a little longer than expected due to several things out of their control, but again communication and positive attitude Dennis maintained make the set backs seamless! Highly recommend for any and all construction needs in NWA!! Thank y’all again!"

"Nathan was right on time and provided valuable insight on what has happened to my deck structurally that needs repair. He will be providing me with a quote to fix my deck. He appears very sincere and ethical. Looking forward to his suggestions and hope to be able to use them for the repair."

Their price was unbeatable, their customer service was incredible, they were on time, they were polite and courteous, and they were super easy to work with. Cannot wait to get to the next project."

"Very professional, timely, and fairly priced. Updated our front porch boards, stairs, and ceiling. Discovered and included additional work to stabilize the porch and replace rotting posts. All quality work."

"Jonathan and his crew built me a new staircase for my deck to replace the rotting one that was there. They also repaired wall, cabinet, and floor damage in my kitchen that a burst pipe caused. I'm very happy with the result."

"My wife an I were very impressed with the total job. Replacing porch columns is not an easy task, but Zachary did an absolute outstanding job! He was very upfront and specific about the job. He and his helper were extremely polite and professional. His estimate was exact and the job was finished very timely. I would not hesitate to have him do any job in the future. I would absolutely recommend Simpson Wood Products to anyone who wants a complete professional job."

"Excellent job tearing down and replacing 2 decks that were 25 feet above a sloping ground. They also did an excellent job cleaning up. Neighbor was impressed by the job and is having Wilson Home Services do their deck. Bid price was the final price. Can now enjoy our million dollar view in safety."
