"Beyond outstanding Nate and his team were extraordinary on every level from initial meeting with Nate through full completion of the extensive project. Our advise is do not spend your time getting several estimates from other deck builders. Even though the ones we did get to compare were okay, in the end hands down, that was not necessary. Nate is everything he and his company stand for in professionalism, attention to detail, and especially superb master craftsmanship at their trade. I watched day in and and day out the skill and integrity of the builders, measure, remeasure and check again before cutting any piece of material. They had the detailed plan's in one hand and their tools in another, and were constantly leaning over these plans to be sure everything was completed with extreme accuracy. And, the workmen just really seemed to love fulfilling their craft. They worked long and hard. And Nate was proactive in communicating any reason for not being on sight any given day - which was only weather related. Pre, mid and post interaction with the foreman who was also hands on, on sight was extremely comforting. In conclusion, we opted for the more expensive Trex and metal railings and are so glad we did. "Gerardo is super nice and very trustworthy! He and his helper worked hard, despite periodic rain during the two days job. They replaced several deck planks, re-secured the stairs to the deck and built an enclosed wood cabinet to hide and exposed radon pipe in the basement. I couldn't be happier with the results, their work ethic and attention to detail! I will calling Gerardo again soon to complete a paint job for me. Top Notch Professionals! "Daniel and the team were professional, considerate, honest and timely with their work. We had over 5 bids for our project which was a large investment and went through a long vetting process. Daniel answered all my questions honestly and provided a consultative approach to the project. We had a concrete pour and a deck rebuild D&D could do both, most contractors could only do the deck and said we needed to outsource the concrete elsewhere. The deck project was done in two weeks and the outcome was better than what I had imagined. The team was very clean and picked up all remnants of the materials, I highly recommend D&D for any deck or patio repair, rebuild, or new build. They are honest and hard working, will definitely give a referral or use for any future projects on our house. Glad I found this team. "They were timely and the estimate was actually lower than what I was expecting. When they came out to do the estimate, they were upfront and gave me several options for deck railing so I was able to make a choice instead of just one option. I made a list of what I needed fixing and we went through the house one by one and it was awesome! This was the first time I had a contractor actually walk around and make sure that he understood everything on my list and checked everything off before they left to give me a proper estimate. I would definately hire this company again!"

"Ernest, Luis and crew were fantastic! Their bid came in the lowest, which initially gave us pause, but we are SO glad that we chose them because they were willing to do things for our project that other companies were unwilling to do (i.e., put Lap siding behind the circuit breaker box, etc.).They were at our house on time every day, they worked hard all day long (with only a well-earned break for lunch), and they functioned fluidly and effectively as a team. Their craftsmanship was very high quality, having made custom vents, and their attention to detail was superior! They were very respectful to us (honoring our specific requests for use of masks) and our property. In fact, we felt so comfortable having them on our property that we let them have access to our garage. They completed the project faster than any other company said it could be done, even with a day's delay for house wrap inspection (plan ahead for this - they move FAST!).
