"They were timely and the estimate was actually lower than what I was expecting. When they came out to do the estimate, they were upfront and gave me several options for deck railing so I was able to make a choice instead of just one option. I made a list of what I needed fixing and we went through the house one by one and it was awesome! This was the first time I had a contractor actually walk around and make sure that he understood everything on my list and checked everything off before they left to give me a proper estimate. Their bid came in the lowest, which initially gave us pause, but we are SO glad that we chose them because they were willing to do things for our project that other companies were unwilling to do (i.e., put Lap siding behind the circuit breaker box, etc.).They were at our house on time every day, they worked hard all day long (with only a well-earned break for lunch), and they functioned fluidly and effectively as a team. Their craftsmanship was very high quality, having made custom vents, and their attention to detail was superior! They were very respectful to us (honoring our specific requests for use of masks) and our property.
