"Deane and his team did an outstanding job with installing my deck (12’x24’composite Deck including (2) 3’wide staircases). Deane and his company provided the full customer service from the beginning to the end of the project. During my initial project phase of getting contractor quotes, Deane provided some useful recommendations on the initial deck design layout including the relocation of the hose bib, which if not moved, would have been inaccessible from under the finished deck. My other deck contractor quotes did not include this observation and recommendation. In addition, Deane also recommended finishing the perimeter under the deck by removing the sod and replacing it with a foundation consisting of a weed barrier, crushed gravel and a 4x4 treated timber around the deck perimeter to give it a more finished look under the deck. Once I selected Deane and his company to build the deck, Deane kept me informed along the way with respect to the project schedule. All aspects of the project were handled by Deane including providing the necessary HOA documents and sample decking materials for the approval process, acquiring the necessary county permits and inspections and finally answering all of my questions as the project progressed. The quality and craftmanship of the deck build are outstanding. I would recommend and plan to utilize Deane's company, Berith Builders, for my future home improvement projects."

"Colin came to the house and spent a lot of time with me deciding what would the best deck for my house would look like. After several days of me bothering him incessently he patiently layed out for me what turned out to be an absolutely stunning deck. The quality of work is beyond anything I have seen in my neighbors and friends decks. Colin worked with me on the price and he took a hit on the chin when the design ran into a problem with the landscape of my yard. "I had a leak in my roof.  One estimate was $22,000 and they wanted to do my windows which were not a problem.  Another estimate was for $5,000 with no guarantee.  K&R came over, diagnosed the problem to be flashing that had become lose, and fixed it in less than a half hour.  They also looked at the roof and told me it would last at least 5 more years, possibly more, I am now in my sixth year.  They also explained some new type roofs that were coming out that could possibly also convert light into electricity and later e-mailed my information on those roofs, but not a sales pitch.  Their price was so low I actually argued to pay more.  Will I use them again, d*** right.  And I will tell anyone who needs a roof or roof repair about them.
