"Patch of Heaven was very timely in coming out to quote a bid and following through on the work! Even though they were a few dollars more than another bid, his honest evaluation and feedback were sincere and responded quickly to my inquiries; therefore, my husband & I chose this company. When he came for the work, rain was forecasted for the p.m. Because of this, he came early to evaluate the land and speak with me about my wishes. (We’d had some rain the previous day & wanted to be sure ground was spreadable.) In the end, he advised me that if it were his yard, he’d try before more rain came & pushed off the work further. He worked VERY hard to complete our job before the weather came even to the point of FaceTime with my husband so he could see & made our requested changes. He was so kind, through, & willing to do all that we asked. We’ll use Patch of Heaven again for sure!!!!"

"I normally do not take the time to write letters of recommendation or reviews, however, in this case, I have felt compelled to share my experience we had with Paragon Pools and Christian Kavodia particularly.  Without hesitation, to say we are impressed with our custom gunite pool is an absolute understatement.  It was obvious the Paragon was not interested in just turning out another pool and moving on to the next one. Christian made sure that meeting all our expectations was a top priority. Trust me when I say we are somewhat hard folks to deal with, in terms of quality.  
 
When the pool was laid out in our backyard we met our Christian and he walked us through all phases of construction very professionally.. Christian created a design plan that surpassed all of our expectations! It included a very functional layout for the pool, tanning decks,rocks, water features, lighting, fencing, decking and many other conversation pieces. He and his staff turned our backyard into a small slice of paradise.  
Christian is an owner that has his hands on the job the entire time. Prior to meeting with Christian, we meet with 2 other pool
companies and neither of them came close to the vision Christian offered. I must say, I will definitely be using this company again. Update: 02/17/2022 I could not get my computer to work at all, it would not turn on and I did not know what was wrong with it. I saw his business cards displayed at the grocery store and asked him if there was anything he could do to fix it and he had my computer up and running within a day, there was something wrong with some wire or something and he fixed it for me but he was sweet about everything and never gave me any trouble. Update: 02/17/2022 He did good and replaced my phone screen. It works like new now."
