Get matched with top deck pros in Waters, MI

"This deck replacement was not a straight forward job. The original deck was built over 40 years ago by my husband. It overlooks a deep ravine and the sides of the slope are very slippery this time of year. The crew went to work and in no time the original deck was removed and they started on the supports for the new deck. We now have a beautiful and very sturdy deck which will probably outlast the two of us. We love this deck! Great people who know what they are doing!! Highly recommend Green Shield!!"

"They did a great job of resurfacing my existing 450 sq. ft. wood deck with TREX Select Earth Tones (Saddle) material. They did not just replace the boards, they greatly improved the design and look of the deck."

"Projet was completed in a timely fashion with attention to detail . Great communication and very courteous. Will definitely hire again and highly recommend!"

"Did an excellent job of power washing, lightly sanding and then painting large deck with six gallons of stain. My deck looks almost new. Price was fair and service was professional."

"They were fast and efficient. Went out of their way to meet our needs. Appreciate their excellent work and quick response."

"Great communication, punctual. Kris and his team were easy to work with and were very professional. I’m thrilled with the end product, as they did a great job staining my large deck. Highly recommend."

"They did an incredible job washing my home and windows. Took 10 years off the age. 3 story home and the price was very reasonable. Can't recommend them enough"

"We told him that we weren't ready to complete the deck  project at the time and that may be why he took so long to respond with a completed "plan". The plan was certainly less professional and accurate than what my husband and I could have done ourselves.  He included an estimate for our deck (about $8,500 for a two level deck - one just 7" above the other to accommodate the difference in height of the floors in our home.  The proposed deck would be about 10x15.) He offered to quote us separately for his landscaping suggestions.
I had hoped that he would give us a ball park estimate at least for different deck material as he knew we were on the fence about which type we would go with, but he didn't.
The service wasn't AWFUL, it was just mediocre. He might be a great guy for pavers, but I would recommend him for deck or landscaping work.

"I first want to state how professional and courteous they were. They showed up when they said they would and took the time to explain to me what the process was for them to remove it. It was incredible to watch him climb up and make his cuts than scale down the tree. he also dropped the limb exactly where he said he would, safely out the way. when he was done he went over and cleaned up the entire area and removed all the debris for me, which was huge as i'm unable to due to disabilities. All en all is was a great experience and i would definitely use them again for any future tree problems that may arise. Strongly recommend using them for all your tree service needs."
