Howard at Lane Home Improvement called me to tell me he usually did not do the work I was wanting but came by to give me pointers, answer questions and tell me what he thought needed done even though he knew he probably would not be taking the job. I mean.....who does that?? Howard was so nice and easy to work with and fit me in before another big job he had lined up. I hired him just because he is so nice and then hoped for the best. I could not be more happy with the job. Plus.....he got started right away and worked with my budget. I would recommend him to anyone."

Rocky came by the same day to provide me with a quote and was able to get the work done the next weekend! He was also super knowledgeable and the materials and the prep and gave me suggestions on what type of material would work best in my application. Since he has experience in the commercial space, none of the material was that home Depot garbage that delaminates in a year or two. Everything was commercial grade and has a great warranty. He put up new walls to create an office and master closet (including all electrical/lighting in connection with each as well as internet in the office and custom racks and shelving in the closet). He planned and installed all of our outdoor landscape and flood lighting (which has completely transformed the usability and aesthetic of the backyard). He removed the existing in-ground basketball hoop and installed a brand new heavy duty hoop in its place (including engineered rebar/concrete work in connection with same). He has also helped with various electrical, plumbing, drywall, dry rot, water damage, replaced/upgraded appliances. He is a one-stop shop, is reliable, honest, trustworthy and hard-working.
