"Dale was simply great to work with. So far I've hired him for five different projects this year alone. (2025) 1.) Remove and replace the entire back deck and staircase. On time and done in three days! 2.) Chalk and fill wood areas on the new deck and then painted it. Primer paint first and then two coats of paint. My back deck is second to none! 3.) Front porch: Chalk and fill wood areas that needed it, replace rotten wood and then primer paint/ two coats of paint. It looks awesome! 4.) Remove and replace three doors. The front door and two French doors downstairs. Perfect installation, no more drafts and all doors are air tight! 5.) Electricity installation to my 10 X 20 shed. (Man Cave electricity!) I cannot tell you how happy I am with Dale and his staff. On time, on budget, fair pricing and quality work. "Excellent job and excellent customer service. The gentleman was very communicative. The project was a two day job (cleaning and staining our deck, cleaning our roof, and house exterior, and pressure washing our driveway). A few days between Day #1 and Day #2 weren't looking feasible to work because of projected rain, and if memory serves (this was about six months ago), he texted me to let me know he would need to push finishing the job (Day #2) back a few days due to the weather. When the forecast changed, he let me know he would be there that afternoon to complete the job. He was very quick, and the deck, house, and driveway all looked brand new when he was finished. Our deck was restored using new wood in affected areas rather than totally replaced as some companies had suggested. Water damage on the bottom of an entry door frame was repaired rather than replaced. Kudos to Evan’s expert carpenter/painter. Our gutters and garage door glowed after pressure washing rather than painting. We decided to repaint our front porch railings and columns; a few years ago a previous painter did a poor job.
