On a Sunday he came and wrote out an on the spot estimate. Monday he came and picked up the check for materials. Tuesday he and his assistant came to shore up the existing deck, replace railings, and install a step. John was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer any and all of my questions. It is worth mentioning he was unable to get all of the materials he needed here at the Xenia Lowes. Instead of rescheduling, he drove half an hr to Wilmington, Ohio and back to get what was needed.
