After the pressure wash he realized that sanding was required for the job to be done well. He explained the issue and I accepted the additional work and cost to get the job done right. He also confirmed a couple of times the color of the stain as the original color had significantly faded and looked too different to the color I was requesting to make sure that the result would looked the way I wanted. There were other details like supporting a wooden deck against a concrete slab and making sure deck is in level with the entry door. Andrew handled this exceptionally well and made sure the deck is created up to code and to inspectors satisfaction. Very happy with the end result. He is definitely a quality contractor.
