"Mr. Grubor provided me with a quote for the pressure wash and staining of my deck. After the quote it did not take too long for him to start working on it. After the pressure wash he realized that sanding was required for the job to be done well. He explained the issue and I accepted the additional work and cost to get the job done right. He also confirmed a couple of times the color of the stain as the original color had significantly faded and looked too different to the color I was requesting to make sure that the result would looked the way I wanted. At the end I am pleased with the result."

There were other details like supporting a wooden deck against a concrete slab and making sure deck is in level with the entry door. "They were very good / timely with their communication. Initially came by to give me an estimate. Was a little higher than the other estimate I got but they provided a water trailer which the other didn't which was good since we have a well. They came the next day and Power washed the deck and replaced one board that had routed. The next day the theysprayed the deck with Shirwin Williams solid color stain that was mixed to match the stain on the house siding. Did a good job. Would recomend."
