Our new cedar fences are beautiful and sturdy (metal posts passed the "test" two days after completion when we had storms with wind gust over 60 MPH!). They removed deck boards to discover a gap in the siding. Checked for water damage (thankfully no damage). Sealed the gap. I have not had any rainwater issues since. Price was totally reasonable.
