After the pressure wash he realized that sanding was required for the job to be done well. He explained the issue and I accepted the additional work and cost to get the job done right. He also confirmed a couple of times the color of the stain as the original color had significantly faded and looked too different to the color I was requesting to make sure that the result would looked the way I wanted.
