""Choose This Company"- My wife and I searched extensively for a company that could handle our renovation project. We met with 8 local companies for a "one-stop-shop" experience for siding, painting, roof, windows, gutters, deck, and general carpentry. After vetting all our contractors, based on professionalism, communication, timeliness, salesmanship, and other customer reviews and factors, it was clear that the right choice for us was Ivan Franco and his amazing team. From the initial meeting with Ivan, both my wife and I were overwhelmingly impressed with his dedication to our project and his willingness to accommodate my OCD. All of this without sacrificing the quality of results that he promised. Although Ivan is a very busy man, he made us feel like we were his only customers, and that meant a lot to us. Ivan called us daily to update his progress and kept our minds at ease during this stressful time. We could not be more thrilled with Make-A-Choice and we would encourage you to give them a chance for your next project. Additionally, we are buying our first investment property this summer and we are excited that we have already found our contractor for that project as well!! Please feel free to email me directly should you have any questions about my experience with Make-A-Choice or Ivan Franco. In my opinion, Make-A-Choice is the Only Choice!!"

"Make a Choice did so much more for us. They replaced a staircase, built a deck, replaced gutter, and painted the entire exterior. Ivan was a great resource for us."
