He said there really is nothing wrong with our deck, and that 90% is still in a good shape. He only had to replace 3 boards, redo the steps from 3 to 4 steps, and added another bench. He sanded and gave it a new coat. The colors we chose made the deck look like treks and brand new. He is only go to tell you what you really need. Not try to up sell you. First day pressure washed the exterior of the house then they taped the window before started painting. I am speeches about their professionalism and how clean they left the house after the job was completed.
