"Landon is a very respectful young man. He and his crew showed up promptly every day and worked hard all day. He wanted to make sure I was happy with the work. They worked clean and picked up the jobsite every day. I was very pleased with my refurbished deck and will have them come back and do other projects for me."

"We can't say enough good things about Chuck and his crew! We had a total kitchen remodel done that involved tearing down walls and installing new support beams in the attic. Everything from electrical to drywall, to installing new cabinets. From start to finish Chuck was easy to work with. Phone calls were always returned. The work was done in the time frame that was quoted. Every effort was made to contain the "construction dust" and the work area was cleaned and vacuumed before they left for the day. I wish we were able to post photos to show you what an excellent job they did. If you are looking for a contractor that is honest, experienced and a pleasure to work with then Milliman & Sons Builders is who you need to call. Not only would we use them again, we already have Chuck working on our next remodeling project."

"Joe and his crew have done a tremendous job over the last 10 months helping me get my home ready so I can put it on the market this summer. From the beautiful bath remodel to painting ceilings, walls, re-caulking my basement walls and power washing my roof and deck, they've always gone over and above what I've expected. My messages are promptly returned and Joe dispatches his crew out to my house in a timely manner. Thanks for running over to "fix" a problem that turned out not to be a problem at all! Thanks again to you and your capable crew at Kitchen and Bath Specialties!! Joan"

"

Wonderful job on both the painting for the development, and the staining of my deck. Probably the best quality painting that we have ever had in our development. From the beginning, the work, work order, estimate process, etc. was handled in a top knotch way. I have had a number of contacts with the company's owner, Colby, and he has shown himself to operate a well run company. He is very businesslike, returns calls promptly, and has people there when he promises.  I also had dealt quite a bit with Josh, who directly supervised the overall process. Josh is very cooperative, understanding, and very helpful. He always came through on his committments, and it made for a very pleasant experience.

The painting crew, led by Arturo, was by far the best group of painters we have used. I got many comments from other homewoners in the development who were very impressed with their work. They are meticulous in what they do, and the final product shows it.

"They did an amazing job and were super helpful! I love the deck work they did and how friendly they were to have around. Excellent work, great price for the work, and I would love to have them around again to work on some other projects in the future."

"Sometimes it is hard to schedule with John, but when he gets there, the work is fabulous.  There are people who drive by my house and stop just to tell me how beautiful my front porch is.  They do a great job of cleaning up after themselves, as well. I would definitely hire JMJ for any kind of deck/porch or full remodel.

"For roofing, one, he was very quick to response when I sent him an email one evening, contacting him and asking for a follow-up call. He was very professional. They did really an awesome job. He did extra work. I did compare with a couple of people.  He was unbelievably more reasonable one when it comes to price."

"Yes he did a wonderful job on it and we will have him back to do more"
