"wanted a deck built but hit cleaning of a deck. I called 3 times to cancel this lead"

"Bruce Monsour and his team did a great job demolishing the original wood deck and building a new composite deck on the rear of our home. It was a very challenging project since the deck is elevated from the basement level up to the first floor. The suggestions he provided on the design of the deck were very thoughtful and his team executed the design perfectly. We are extremely pleased with our new deck, especially the intricate stair design and finishing touches with the multi-colored rails, spindles, and decorative caps. We would recommend the work of Bruce and his team to others without reservation."

"Dennis was wonderful to deal with - he answered our call/texts and even during a busy week managed to communicate when he would be available for an estimate (something other contractors struggle with). His quote was in line, even cheaper, then most and his quality of work was excellent. He took our bright blue deck to a beautiful brown that we can now enjoy!"

"Responsive and great interaction before, during and after deck construction. Removed old composite deck, supports and decommissioned koi Pond. Installed new footers, joists, composite decking and railing. Highly recommend."

"Goetz Contracting replaced our old deck with a new deck and added a roof. They were professional and very easy to work with. There were no major surprises during the job and everything turned out exactly as we'd hoped."

"This was a tricky project. The concrete porch needed to be demoed first and then it needed a permit from borough before deck could be actually installed. There were other details like supporting a wooden deck against a concrete slab and making sure deck is in level with the entry door. Andrew handled this exceptionally well and made sure the deck is created up to code and to inspectors satisfaction. Very happy with the end result. He is definitely a quality contractor. I would recommend and hire him again"

"Brad is a hard and competent worker. He replaced boards on my deck, scraped, powerwashed and painted . He also painted an exterior wall for me. I would heartily recommend Brad. I know that I can call him anytime and he will return my calls within 24 hours!! He is RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY and HONEST!!!!"

"Daniel removed an old wooden deck, eight feet from the ground, and built an entirely new composite deck system. Deck was permitted through the McCandless Township. Daniel performed every phase of this project - not a small task as the dimensions are 30ft X 13ft, elevated, with one stairway. Daniel was timely, efficient, meticulous in detail, and performed every element of the agreed upon contract. I am hiring him to perform more work as I am extremely impressed by his work ethic. I highly recommend Daniel, Cranberry Carpentry for any interior/exterior work. I made a PowerPoint presentation of this project for those who may be interested."

"This spring, we were looking to teardown our current deck and construct a larger one. Mike was the first person to come and survey the job. We were incredibly impressed with his expertise and professionalism. While we entertained a few other deck contractors, Mike was the by far the best choice. After signing our contract with him, his work validated our decision. He created detailed blueprints (to scale!), adjusted his plans when our needs slightly changed and had a keen eye for the aesthetics of decking colors and how they would work with our home. Once the construction started, Mike set up a very reasonable payment schedule based on task completion and kept us updated daily on his next steps. After the deck was completed, we knew that it not only looked amazing but also well built. His crew was always courteous and professional. We were impressed by his attention to detail as Mike matched our deck, steps and skirts with the same color pattern. Mike not only built us a deck â he DESIGNED us a deck. We also appreciated the time he took when our deck was complete to power wash it, and seed the grass around the finished product. The compliments we have received from neighbors, family, and friends have made it undeniable â Mikeâ s work is impeccable and worth every cent."

"No one else wanted to do the structural job we needed done to make our deck safe. Everyone else wanted a new build when the deck was still in good shape. I was so happy I found him to do the job that no one else wanted too."
