"We are so pleased with our new deck. They came in, removed the old deck, repaired damaged caused by the old deck, and built a new deck. They are hard working, professional & detail oriented! Plan on hiring them again!"

"I had a long list of very diverse items that needed to be done before I could rent the home.  Dave was great.  He was able to repair doors, touch up paint, hang a light fixture, repair drywall, repair a chimney crown, power wash the deck and caulk the bathroom vanity.  It is very difficult to find a good handyman who has to knowledge and experience to do a lot of different things.  Most contractors don't want to be bothered with smaller jobs.  I had used Maximus to do a roofing job and some drywall repair so I thought it was worth a call to Eric to see if he had someone on his crew that could do all this miscellaneous stuff and thankfully, he did.  Dave was easy to work with and attentive to detail.  While the price might look high for handyman work, in all fairness to Maximus, it was a list of twenty items that I needed done and Dave was there off and on for a week so I feel that I got a fair price for everything I had done.
I gave Maximus a B on punctuality on this one since they were supposed to start on a Thursday but didn't actually make it until Saturday and they had not let me know they were delayed.  Eric did apologize and he has always been prompt before so I feel this was not the norm for him and I will not hesitate to use him again.

"

"
Absolutely the very best experience I have ever had with a contractor from start to finish...bar none.  They fully explained exactly waht they would do and how they would do the job and how their processes and materials would allow them to guarntee thei final product for as long as I own the home.  I had to replace exterior doors before they could starty and due to issues with back orders on those doors, etc., Hoosier Permanent Coatings was patient with me until it was time to call in their crew.  While on site, their painting crew told me exactly what they would do each day, they were punctual and efficient and very meticulous in their work and explained what they were doing while they did it and why.  The jod was superbly done with no mess...they even power washed my decks, pations and porches afterwards and did not leave one speck of apint chips on the ground.  They are the only painting company I would ever use again (in case I ever move) and I would highly recommend them to anyone."

*OWENS CORNING PLATINUM CONTRACTOR* COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL SERVICES There are many reasons why DWC ROOFING COMPANY is the choice for many home-owners in Indiana. However, if we could summarize all of those reasons into three simple words they would be: quality, service and professionalism. We provide our customers with one of the industry’s highest quality products, we follow up the project with quality service, and we conduct our business with standards of the professional conduct. Let’s look at each concept in more details: Quality: Everything we do projects quality. Our products, our people, our service, our installations, and our warranties. Service: This all important element after the project must be responsive to our customer’s needs, must be the fastest in the industry and must support our warranty and sales representatives to the utmost. Professionalism: This must be present in every person and in their activities, from courteous and honest telephone contact, to ethical and forthright sales presentations, to first class installation and service after the sale.
