"I would recommend American Superior to anyone who wants to get their deck built. Leo and the other installers were fantastic carpenters and they installed the deck to my exact specifications . Rick addressed my every concern and every time I texted him he called me right back. I shopped around extensively for someone to so my deck and they came in with the most reasonable estimate plus they included my patio off my kitchen . Thanks Rick for everything, will send you a picture when I set everything up."

"New concrete and small deck"

"I had these guys do my front and back porch. Can't say enough good things about Mark, Bonnie, and the crew over at Framar porches. From the permit and drawings all the way to the little finishes, these guys were on top of it. I would highly recommend hiring these guys if your looking to redo your porch!"

"J Sitko was highly responsive to our request through Angie's. Jack Sitko came out and gave us a thorough & detailed quote for our deck replacement and exterior wall/siding repair. The team was very responsive to our initial questions, and when we selected Sitko for the work took care of all the steps from design and permitting through final inspection. The crew came quickly and worked steadily throughout the whole project, even in the colder days of December. They identified numerous issues with our exterior wallboards and quickly replaced all rotting boards (a larger project than we imagined). The deck went up quickly and was exceedingly well built and secured. The team wasn't the neatest I've seen, given this was renovation to our existing living space, but were quick to haul away all construction material. Sitko took care of our punch list promptly, making sure we were completely satisfied. The whole project took less than a month, and we now have a new exterior space to enjoy come spring!"

"I am very, very happy with the workmanship and professionalism of this 3rd genaration family owned business!! This is a TOP NOTCH company that you will be happy you hired."

"Gave me an honest price and did a great job and my deck looks brand new."

"They can get a bit busy, but they do excellent work if you can get them in. Thorough and detailed work. Detailed final walkthrough and cleanup"

"We absolutely love Luis's professionalism, kindness, and honesty. When Luis approached me on Angi, to be honest, I was not sure, simply how little review he has. But like any great business or profile, it needs to start somewhere.... and I am so glad we hired Luis to paint and stain our deck. When we were getting estimates, many people have given all kind of estimates. Some will only do one coat, some won't even sand for us. But Luis came in with saying he would do everything with a very competitive price. Besides, everything that he shared with us about how to treat the wood or types of paint is on point (I did my own research too). Last but most importantly, Luis is not pushy at all, he provide his professional opinion and lets you decide! So glad we found Luis, and we are already talking about using him again for our fence. Bot side of our neighbor were so impress with our 'new' deck and want to engage Luis too."

"Mr Myles was respectful,a good listner,he knew his work. When things came up with the client . He had a excellent attitude. He knew his work and he stayed focused ."

"Mark and the crew did an outstanding job in building the deck. He showed up same day the quote was requested. The have built many decks with lots of excellent examples. He was very timely with design, quote, and needed paperwork for the HOA. Even though materials were difficult to procure and prices have skyrocketed with COVID, he was able to get exactly what we needed. His crew is highly knowledgeable and motivated. They went above and beyond to ensure 100% satisfaction. I have recommended Mark and Next Level Construction to my neighbors, who are highly impressed with the outcome."
