Get matched with top deck pros in Manhattan Beach, CA

"David and his assistant fixed 3 holes in a second story deck then applied a metal lath and troweled on a layer of deckcretethe first day. 2nd day applied a fiberglass mat and saturated with laminating resins. David then shot a layer of knockdown texture to the deck and finally applied a resin sealer finish coat over the deck. The deck need 24 hours drying and 3 day wait before placing items on the deck. The whole project went nicely and the new deck looks great and should need a sealing in 5 years."

"We hired Michael and his company, Northgate Development to repair an old deck in our backyard. It soon became obvious that the deck was not salvageable. After discussing it with Michael he gave us several options - replacing all the deck boards with redwood or with Trex deck boards. He was very patient in explaining the pros and cons of each option and the prices involved. In the end we decided to go with Trex. His installation of the deck with new supports and water proofing was beyond what I thought he would do. His employee Angel craftsmanship was excellent. When I identified a problem with one of the deck boards, he replaced it without problem. In the end, we spent more than we had budgeted but we are really happy with the results. If you need deck work, I recommend hiring Michael and his team."

"We replaced the old front walkway with natural slate and redesigned the planting along both sides. We laid the slate in a staggered pattern with carefully planned joints and a gentle grade toward the drainage area. New shrubs, ground cover, and low-voltage lighting completed the front yard update. The walkway has a natural appearance and gives visitors a clear path from the driveway to the front entry."

"Very professional and thorough. The deck looks beautiful. They were responsive and timely and did exactly what we discussed. They had excellent suggestions too."

"David and CA Cabinets are absolutely the best! We hired them for a complete kitchen remodel. They are very professional and conscientious. David is extremely knowledgeable and super easy to work with. He is creative with his ideas and quick with his solutions. David and his crew were always on time and respectful. Quality of work and customer satisfaction is the most important thing to this company. We are beyond thrilled with the service and the final product and cannot recommend David and CA Cabinets highly enough. Thank you for our dream kitchen!!"

"After dealing with frequent roof repairs, we finally decided on a complete replacement for our Livermore home. Avi kept us informed every step of the way, and the finished roof exceeded our expectations. It's made a noticeable difference during hot summer days."

"From start to finish, excellent communication, highly experienced project lead, work team and quality of the deck and all components. As I started to understand possible options of how we could expand the deck and go higher quality (glass, and high-quality decking materials) I ended up with a deck that we love and spend a lot of time using. Cheap design would have left us with a deck we would have only used to get down to the backyard., Mike was fantastic in giving us options and was very patient with us and our questions. If I had known how this new deck would change how we utilize our backyard I would have done this years ago."

"Great experience. Elliot made a deck I hadn't touched in 12 years look like new. I would highly recommend him."

"Rocky and his team Carlos, Duan and Rubin are extremely professional, responsive and efficient. The waterproofing in my upper deck and garage floor coating are done in high quality of workmanship and careful manner. I really appreciate their positive and helpful work attitude. I highly recommend them to any home owner."
