He and his helper had to remove incorrectly installed backsplash tiles by another contractor and replace with new ones in a master (large) bath and guest bath. He even picked up the tile for me and brought it to the job. I would highly recommend his work. We have actually asked for quotes on a deck roof and other smaller jobs. I will definitely keep him on speed dial!!"

However the craftsmanship of the carpenter was not very good, boards were rough cut and the gaps between the deck boards were inconsistent. Luis then stained the deck as promised, however this was too early to stain and the deck boards start seeping sap. It was unusable, we asked him to repair which he did, and they did a great job of fixing and re-staining the deck boards."
