"I hired ML Construction to repair/rebuild a small existing deck. There was some hidden rot that was exposed during construction but the crew was terrific and took it in stride. The original wood deck flooring was replaced with composite. The job came out looking great."

"Bob Griffin is a true professional. A list of projects he completed on my home follows . Note that I was "5-Star" impressed with his work in every area. - Soft wash of roof, exterior siding, and patio - Apply two coats of Cabot's bleaching stain to home exterior - finish all fixtures (hinges, handles, and all fixtures) - Caulk and / or putty all areas exposed ( cracks, splits, etc..) - He was hired to "soft" power wash my home and then apply two coats of Cabot's bleaching oil to the 7 year old cedar shingles. Bob showed up. on time, worked a full day, and kept me informed of all progress. The "soft" power wash left the roof and exterior of the home in beautiful condition. He also added a soft wash of the back patio; again, it came out beautiful and was a task he threw in no-charge. He applied caulk and wood putty as required to protect any cracks or gaps in the surface. He then went on to refinish all the black hinges, handles and fixtures. These details really made a difference. I was so impressed with all of the above that I asked Bob to return to paint the cellar. Once again, Bob sought the right paint and primer for the job and covered the walls and floor of this old cellar in record time. We can not get over the improvement to the home while under Bob's control. Finally, I was always so impressed with Bob's initiative. He helped declutter the cellar before starting the paint without so much as a word. His pricing is more than fair in every way. He is a very nice man and I am happy to have met him. He strives to exceed every customer's needs. He is something special and earns 5 stars in every area."

"Our well-worn over 25 year old deck was still structurally sound. Anthony took a look at it and gave us a very reasonable estimate for the work we wanted done. We booked the project and it was started that week. We are 100%+ happy with the job Anthony did! The deck looks great! Anthony is a hard worker with attention to detail. Always reachable for our questions and alway came when he said he would. A pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend! Chris and Ed G."

"Working with Jeff and his crew was a great experience. The communication was excellent. I always knew what was happening and when. I was involved every step of the way and that was great. My addition was 2 stories with a living room, fireplace and deck upstairs and a bar/game room including a custom made bar downstairs. I recommend Cedar Coast Construction whole heartedly. If you want to come here to see the work, contact me."

"I've personally seen how building or making modifications to your home can be very stressful. In early August of this year, we signed a contract with Ocean Break to demo our old deck and build a new deck/3 Season room combination. We found them on Home Advisor. From day one, the operation was totally professional. Peter Walsh, the owner of ocean break, quickly provided a proper contract capturing the results of the interview that preceded the start of work. The work promptly commenced shortly thereafter. The first phase of the project, the framing, was efficiently completed in a little over a week. Peter is the type of contractor who encourages you to be involved, choosing materials and colors and watching the daily progress of the project. He is happy to go over the work that has been done each day being sure to point out things he thinks you should know. All of the workers were extremely friendly and professional. My wife and I actually looked forward to seeing them bright and early each morning. Peter was extremely patient as we often changed our minds about design features and materials. He encouraged me, a veteran, to personally purchase many of the materials at Home Depot and Lowe's so that I could get my 10% veterans discount. The entire project was completed on schedule and within a reasonable Delta of the original projected price. As inevitably happens, we changed a few things from the original plan which appropriately increased the cost of the project. Peter always reminded us of when such deviations took place so that there would be no surprises at the end. The project was completed a little over a week ago. There was the inevitable punch list at the end which Peter took care of immediately. He even reused the section of gutter that had been cut off the house to accommodate the new room to save us money. With two weeks remaining in the project, Peter gave us a final figure and he stuck to it. So, now my wife and I have a three Season room and deck which we love. and, I'd like to think, we also have a good friend in Peter Walsh whom I highly recommend. One final point. As I watched the final vinyl plank be installed on the floor, without a single plank being ripped, I realized that, because it fit perfectly, the room was perfectly Square. Now that is skill and craftsmanship!"

"EXCELLENT, This is the first time I have used this company. I wish I knew about them before. they were very helpful, the office staff was topnotch, and the owner John was a pleasure to interact with, the work was done timely and the quality of their work was superb. If I have any other projects they will be the first that I call. great work guys."

"They never disappointed with the quality and showed great customer service and follow up."

"I cannot express enough the thanks and gratitude we feel towards Dennis and his entire crew. They took on a reasonably large project in the dead of winter, and had it completed before the spring thaw. He remained cost conscious throughout the entire project, and the craftsmanship of their work is outstanding. We would not hesitate to recommend them for any project. Their honesty, work ethic, and skill is something that would benefit anyone in the market for home improvement services."
