"when i inquired about building a deck for some reason a cleaning company was given me.i need someone to build deck first"

"Bruce Monsour and his team did a great job demolishing the original wood deck and building a new composite deck on the rear of our home. It was a very challenging project since the deck is elevated from the basement level up to the first floor. The suggestions he provided on the design of the deck were very thoughtful and his team executed the design perfectly. We are extremely pleased with our new deck, especially the intricate stair design and finishing touches with the multi-colored rails, spindles, and decorative caps. We would recommend the work of Bruce and his team to others without reservation."

"Dennis was wonderful to deal with - he answered our call/texts and even during a busy week managed to communicate when he would be available for an estimate (something other contractors struggle with). His quote was in line, even cheaper, then most and his quality of work was excellent. He took our bright blue deck to a beautiful brown that we can now enjoy!"

"From the very beginning I felt comfortable dealing with Cole, Ron and Sam. They were very personable and friendly. I knew they would do a great job, and they did. Communication is key with a project like this, and they did not disappoint. I received daily updates and there were no surprises. Our VERY LARGE deck project was done on time and their attention to detail and doing things right were spot on. If you have any deck or fencing projects, I highly recommend them. 10 Plus Stars :)"

"Brad is a hard and competent worker. He replaced boards on my deck, scraped, powerwashed and painted . He also painted an exterior wall for me. I would heartily recommend Brad. I know that I can call him anytime and he will return my calls within 24 hours!! He is RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY and HONEST!!!!"

"Daniel removed an old wooden deck, eight feet from the ground, and built an entirely new composite deck system. Deck was permitted through the McCandless Township. Daniel performed every phase of this project - not a small task as the dimensions are 30ft X 13ft, elevated, with one stairway. Daniel was timely, efficient, meticulous in detail, and performed every element of the agreed upon contract. I am hiring him to perform more work as I am extremely impressed by his work ethic. I highly recommend Daniel, Cranberry Carpentry for any interior/exterior work. I made a PowerPoint presentation of this project for those who may be interested."

"From initial contact with DXB / Mr. Contract the process was efficient, and professional. Sam B. was respectful, pleasant, demonstrated a high level of knowledge, and extremely efficient. I highly recommend their services."

"No one else wanted to do the structural job we needed done to make our deck safe. Everyone else wanted a new build when the deck was still in good shape. I was so happy I found him to do the job that no one else wanted too."

"The crew removed the plantings and brick borders from the front and both sides of our house. This included two large bush stumps as well as a 50 year old rhododendren bush that was too close to the house. They graded all of the old and new topsoil away from the house, laid down landscape fabric, planted new colorful bushes, and mulched everything with layers of black mulch. They reused many of the existing bricks for a border along the walkway and the one side of the house. They hauled away all of the debris and old bricks that were not used."

"Krain Construction did an awesome job putting a deck on our cottage. Brain and the whole crew were great to work with. They were very friendly and made a deck that was just what we ordered. The work was done on time as promised and to a high level of workmanship. I will be asking Krain Construction to do more work in the future...highly recommended!!!"
