He arrived with a complete package/brochure which included a letter of introduction and an unsolicited list of references of work completed within our local area. Randy was very patient with us in trying to decide whether to use cedar or pressurized wood to support the deck as well as our seasonal porch. On the first day of work, a three man crew arrived with Brandon as the lead team member. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and quiet as they worked for the next five days. They were extremely tidy in cleaning up during and after the work product was installed. We would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others. A job very WELL DONE!"

"After having Ben and Vlad tackle our list of small house projects previously (I made a list while reading reviews), we asked for a quote for replacing the deteriorating boards on of our deck. The project was scheduled within two weeks of our decision to proceed. Luckily the weather cooperated (we did have an alternate date, just in case) and the project was completed in a week. This was especially helpful as the house painters are expected at the end of May. Vlad reused boards when possible put all the new ones on the stairs so that even unstained, it looks very nice. The builders had used only nails on the original deck, and now they are fastened with screws. They returned another day with the new screen door. Cleanup and communication were great throughout the project. We would definitely work with Handy Rite again."

Cost was quite a bit less than other contractors had quoted. They completed the job in less time than expected. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, focused and very friendly. They cleaned up everything when they were done, which I have had other contractors that did not. He will be our forever GC as there doesn’t appear to be anything he and his teams can’t handle. "Proficient did a great job building our new maintenance free deck. They responded very well from our first call and throughout the whole process. As soon as the weather allowed they removed our old deck and started on the new one. There was a challenge in locating one of the new posts as it came right in to a retaining wall. They removed the wall, added the support post and rebuilt the wall. Better than before. The whole crew was friendly and great to deal with."
