Jason helped us get the plans sets and Flip, Beckett and James built the huge structure. We were impressed with their knowledge, skills, and work ethic. James and Chance did an excellent job with finish aesthetics. As with all construction projects, some issues come up but Christian always had solutions to make us happy. I knew within minutes of meeting Robert Hosford he was honest, reliable, down to earth and explained things well above everyone else. One company was trying to be dishonest with insurance but with ECS I knew that I had found a trust worthy business. The crew that worked our roof was very fast on time and worked very hard. My roof decking had to be replaced unexpectedly and they managed to finish the project same day even with the added decking and a rain shower. I actually had our deck removed, lower part of the house repaired and the sunroom re-done. The deck and the lower part of the house was rotting as well as the sunroom floor. I was giving a copy of every detail that was going to take place, including the gas and electric company's approval in order for certain jobs to be started. The time frame for the completion of the job was two weeks and YES THE JOB WAS DONE IN TWO WEEKS. The weather and a scheduled surgery didn't stop this crew from making that two week deadline! From start to finish this crew worked very hard and long hours during the extreme heat. After six estimates I was drawn back to G. Ramirez Construction. I am so Grateful and Thankful I chose this company! They also blessed us with a few improvements we didn't ask for. This crew treated us and our home with the upmost respect!"
