From start to finish they were knowledgeable, friendly and responsive. They are completely honest and transparent and I appreciated that greatly as I had to choose a lot of different materials and colors for this project. He becomes incredibly invested in making sure it looks perfect and that you will be happy with the end result. The quality is also top notch. Our deck was built beyond expectation and the inspector commented on how it was built much stronger than necessary to pass. They also handled all the complications from the pandemic the best they could; keeping us updated about shortages and delays. No matter how busy; Jeremy will make time for you and he is now our person to call for all things related to our house! He referred us to a great colleague for a new HVAC system and drainage issues in our yard. If he doesn’t do it, he knows someone who does. Our house and deck look amazing, we get compliments all the time. Don’t hesitate, these guys are the best!"
