After the pressure wash he realized that sanding was required for the job to be done well. He explained the issue and I accepted the additional work and cost to get the job done right. There were other details like supporting a wooden deck against a concrete slab and making sure deck is in level with the entry door. Andrew handled this exceptionally well and made sure the deck is created up to code and to inspectors satisfaction. Very happy with the end result. He is definitely a quality contractor.
