He was very communicative throughout the process, delivered on his commitments, and his crew worked their asses off during the hottest week of the summer. Tim and his attention to detail did not go unnoticed. He had his crew re-do a large portion of the job, because it wasn't up to his standards (brickwork wasn't completely level).
