They were very thorough and experienced in their assessment of the situation, and worked with us to produce a custom estimate. They were timely in completion of the work. Sebastian was the manager for this project, who supervised the workers and communicated extensively with us to determine our needs. When the initially contracted work resulted in discovery of more moldy areas, the estimate was capped so that discovery of additional mold would not result in a higher cost. This company exemplifies care and motivation of customers, to implement recommendations that prevent future recurrence of mold in the home.
