"I had large water damage in my finished basement. One side of our basement was a game room and the other side was storage room. All was carpeted and was packed with stuffed. The water was running for at least running for more than 24 hours until I noticed it. It was a disaster. I went to the internet on a Sunday and typed in WATER DAMAGE. Within one hour I got call from Noah from SERVMATE. He ordered a POD to remove the content from my basement, we ended getting another POD because we had so much stuff. His team removed the carpet and the water stained dry wall and set up drying units to complete the drying process. I was so happy with the speed of his teamâ  s response. "Chad called me and said he was in the area and would I like him to stop over and provide an estimate - I had already called someone but they would not available and had to get to me, so I said come over. When he arrived, I explained the situation, he said he would be back in about 1/2 hour, a man was on the roof when he called me that he back and they diagnosing where the leak may be coming from. They determined it was the roof vent, adding some sealant. If I have any trouble, give him a call. This is awesome customer service, thanks."

"On the appointed date, three very pleasant, diligent, strong young men, including Stephonâ the owner of the businessâ arrived at our house on time. I had arranged for the service to clear from our garage and very large basement 20-50 years worth of accumulated STUFF. LARGE and small, things, very heavy and not so, bulky items, clothing, bedding, rugs, framed picture, household goods, tools, games, appliances, etc.etc.etc. They were competent and systematic in their work and also had some helpful suggestions. They worked really hard: the bulk of the job required everything to be carried up a flight of stairs, thru a fairly small area, then out thru the garage. Plus after hours of carrying and loading everything into their truck, they cleaned up the very dirty (disgusting) floors when they were finished. In addition, they were personable, polite and professional. There was one small negative in that I had thought they were going to remove some old exercise equipment, which they werenâ t prepared to do. However I believe that was due to a miscommunication between myself and Stephon initially, and that can happen. I hope never to accumulate so much stuff again! But if I ever need such service in the future, albeit on a smaller scale, I will hire Stephon and TRASH TALKERS In a heartbeat. I highly recommend this Company to anyone who needs a very, good, reliable clean-out service"
