When he arrived, I explained the situation, he said he would be back in about 1/2 hour, a man was on the roof when he called me that he back and they diagnosing where the leak may be coming from. They determined it was the roof vent, adding some sealant. If I have any trouble, give him a call. This is awesome customer service, thanks."
