"They were such a huge help in a crisis"

"I was looking into a home that smelled like mildew in the basement. An Eco Pro member came out within a day and took a thorough look at the inside and outside of the home, looking under carpets and couches, pulling aside bookshelves to make sure he really saw everything. He told me the sources of my mildew problems, and what I could do to resolve them. He even showed me how to use a dehumidifier. Best of all, he told me I didn't need his services. Incredibly honest and a pleasure to work with."

"Very professional and reliable service. The company accommodated with my hectic schedule. 10/10 rating for sure. I highly recommend!"

"Very professional service and fair price. The technician Alex is a very nice and professional person, he explained everything to me and also complied with the safety and sanitize measures to work at my place."

"We have only the highest praise for Maryland Flood Restoration. We had a basement flood over the weekend. Patrick and his crew responded immediately and worked with true professionalism to address the damage. It was a great comfort. Moreover, Patrick, during the ensuing weeks, stood at our side to counsel us on the claims process and to ensure that the insurance company accurately calculated the claim amount. Indeed it was Patrick who recognized that there was a significant error in the calculation of the original amount first offered to us. We wholeheartedly endorse Maryland Flood Restoration and urge anyone in need of such service to go to them first."

"Excellent services, extremely competent and trustworthy, simply one of the best service professionals I've worked with."

"Norman provided expert and honest advice about a basement flooding issue. He came to inspect the property promptly and showed me patiently how to resolve the problem myself, without charging any fees. Other companies would recommend numerous unnecessary repairs just to extract money from insurance. I will definitely hire him if I have flooding again in the future!"
