"My house got an accidental flood, so I was dreading having to deal with restoration companies. However, I have only high remarks for the UWR Team! Their customer service is A+ by being so helpful and responsive. Joel and William were my main contacts throughout my entire water mitigation and demolition process. They are punctual, professional, and overall just honest people who will even help spend the time educating you the steps they plan on doing. These guys really gave me peace of mind. I would 100% recommend this company to others who are looking to get anything water-restoration related projects complete with high quality."

"Mike's technician John was on-time, professional and courteous. I was especially appreciative of this, because I had to reschedule our initial meeting, and it was done so with no problem. Although we did not use his services, he gave us a through assessment of the issues, including what his company could and could not do, for which we paid $150.00 and we appreciated the honesty. Would definitely recommend his company for an initial assessment."

"This is the best experience I have had with a contractor in a long time. Tony was friendly and professional. He communicated with me and arrived on time. We showed him the areas we needed cleaned and he got straight to work. We found him here and had used a coupon that he had posted. My wife and I fully expected for him to tell us that parts of the job were outside of the agreement or that the services we needed would cost more (as so many other repairmen, plumbers etc have done in the past). We were happily surprised to see that the price quoted is what he charged. A great job and good character. I highly recommend this company."

"We chose CrawlSpace Medic based on professionalism, reliability, reasonable cost estimate, and previous reviews on Angie’s List. Each day the crew showed up on time, worked hard all day, and cleaned up at end of each day; were respectful of property, and very professional, and pleasant to work with. They kept us informed of progress, and what was being done each day. During removal of old piping, they found additional damage behind the pipes that was not visible/identified during initial inspection- were very reasonable with determining the additional cost. They replaced damaged sills, old rotted floor joists, installed permanent support girders with masonry piers, installed a 10ml plastic vapor barrier, and installed multiple foundation vents. We are very satisfied with the results. Our floors are no longer bouncy, and floors feel very sturdy- was a dramatic difference after work completed. The 10 ml plastic Vapor barrier also has prevented that old damp smell inside the house after heavy rains. Was a good experience, and reasonable cost-(initial estimate $10,400, additional work required and we added foundation vent installation was $3800); would hire again."

"Amazing customer service, understanding, quick, and professional. Overall great work, will hire again for future repairs if needed."
