Comment: Had a new roof installed about 1 month ago. Apparently there was a leak with the old roof and we didn't notice it until just recently when we saw the water marks on the ceiling. I need the old insulation removed and new insulation in the spare bedroom and the ceiling fixed. In the master bedroom I just need a section of insulation put in and a small hole fixed. This damage was noticed around Christmas time and the insurance was contacted. They had someone to come out and mitigate this problem but didn't get anyone to come out and patch the hole in the master bedroom ceiling. I am not going through my insurance company to fix this new problem as they are too difficult to work with.
