"We can’t say enough good things about The Restoration Team for helping my wife and I after an unexpected leak. They were professional, responsive, and incredibly reassuring during a stressful situation. The work was done quickly and thoroughly, and they kept us informed every step of the way. Truly top-notch service—we’re very grateful and highly recommend The Restoration Team."

"Highly recommend. They did a great job. Very quick response to phone calls and texts. Got the job done quickly while still professional, courteous, thorough, and extremely helpful. Went above and beyond."

"Very knowledgeable and professional. We wanted to know if we had mold issues from a drain backup in our basement during heavy rains. He checked all areas of concern, explained what he did and didn't see, pointed out the areas that needed addressed. The issues were relatively minor in the scheme of things, but do need taken care of. He told us how WE could take care of it. I will call him if we ever have any other issues and would recommend him to friends and family. If we had needed professional help to clean up any problems, I definitely would have had him do it."

"I had a small job, but Eric treated me like I was a top priority. Everything was done on time and he even fit me in right after my contractor was finished with demolition. Excellent service! I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone."

"Great experience and quality with a basement concrete repair! Highly responsive and great team to do business with."

"Emergency Service Restoration is Top Flight. Jeff and his team did a great job very quickly. They are 100% dependable and we on the job fast and on time thought out the project. They take care of walking you thru the process with all the adjusters and insurance companies. The customer service is outstanding. We had a pipe leak into multiple rooms starting in the Kitchen. The guys knocked this job out very quickly and allowed us to maintain our daily schedules. I give them my highest recommendation."

"Spoke with Jack and he was very helpful. I have no expertise in this field and he walked me through what he could do and could not do. We also discussed future projects I thought he might be interested in. He helped by giving me information that I can use to move forward pertaining what each task will take, discussed possible permit requirements and building requirements, etc. This was all very helpful information with me and I let him know how appreciative I was especially when you consider that he would not be helping with this particular project. I will definitely keep him in mind for projects that cater more to his expertise. Thank you Jack!"

"Showed up according to plan. Worked quickly and efficiently. Weren't able to get all of the stains out, but did their best and explained the challenges. Recommended extra treatment for one room due to water damage but didn't try to "oversell" other services.
