"Michael Griffin is great to work with. My garage had caught on fire. He was very patient and listened to what I had and what I wanted. He was also very helpful in explaining the insurance process to me so that everything went smoothly. I picked Michigan Fire Restoration over the company that my insurance company recommended and am so happy that I did."

"Fantastic company with a highly professional and responsive team. They made the restoration process stress-free and handled everything from start to finish with great attention to detail. I highly recommend them for any disaster repair needs."

"They came quickly and took care of things."

"It was a steady process. Of course there were hiccups along the way, but with Renaissance & myself working as a TEAM on this project, everything was done & done well. I do believe that is KEY on any project, especially one of this size. I told Jamie at the beginning of the project that communication was VERY important to me. Jamie was quick to address any questions or concerns I had. He picked up my calls every time. I will hire Renaissance Restoration for all home improvements and/or updates."

"Customer service was excellent. Job was done wonderfully and at a good price. Highly recommend. Very polite and professional."

"Richard quickly replied to my text, giving me the price and timing details. He went above and beyond to help solve my issue. Initially, I thought it was a clogged drain, but it turned out to be something else—potential foundation concerns. Richard was able to locate the water source and offered a future service plan. Thanks Richard"
