They arrived at 6:30 pm and worked until 11:30 pm, removing the soaked floor materials, including sub-floor in the laundry room; the many ceiling tiles in the downstairs rooms; moved furniture away from wet areas and removed wet carpeting; measured all areas for dampness; set up many heaters and fans for a 72-hr. spell. All the while, they explained what they were doing and why, took great care with our furniture and accessories, worked fast and hard, leaving our house clean and drying. "Chad called me and said he was in the area and would I like him to stop over and provide an estimate - I had already called someone but they would not available and had to get to me, so I said come over. When he arrived, I explained the situation, he said he would be back in about 1/2 hour, a man was on the roof when he called me that he back and they diagnosing where the leak may be coming from. They determined it was the roof vent, adding some sealant. If I have any trouble, give him a call. This is awesome customer service, thanks."
