"Anthony responded very quickly to my request for service and came the next day to assess the problem. He took his time inspecting everything including the crawl space which was not originally included in the project. He confirmed that I did not have a mold problem and that the very strong odor was coming from the carpet and padding as I was told by a waterproofing specialist. He took time inspecting everything and testing the humidity in the walls and insulation. He spent about one hour assessing everything and did it free of charge.
