"On time. Very professional. Great workmanship. Excellent customer service."

"I am disappointed in understanding what I should have expected to be done. Yes they did remove the mold problem from my home. However I did not appreciate how my room was treated when moving different things around in my bedroom. Previously I had asked whether I needed to remove everything from the room. I was told that the workers would be able to take care of it. I did remove some of my more personal items but left the room as it was. When the job was so called finished, these things which were moved were not replaced but left for me to replace. There were still some personal things which were stacked in a manner for which if I was told should be removed, I would have placed and stored them in a better place. Also I had asked that only some of the carpet be removed due to the mold. Before I was told about the TOTAL removal of the carpet, it was done. The floor was also left with residual padding parts still on the floor. For the final results from the mold removal I didn't realize that I would have to hire someone else to replace the wall and its insulation plus the carpeting/padding."

"You guy’s provide a great service, was prompt and priced fairly. The gentleman that came out to my residence was very polite, I would recommend you guy’s to family and friends for future service."

"They were amazing. Helped me at my home! They have a nice drying machine that made it so I did not have to rip all my walls out and they dried out everything! I work property management as well and I use them for commercial locations now for mold and restoration services!"

"Working with them was quick and easy. Their quotes were given on the same day that they came out and it was lower than the previous company. Customer service and attention to detail was great."

"Voda Cleaning and Restoration of South Atlanta is the right choice to make if you are looking for a professional team to get the job done. They work quick and efficient. They also go the extra mile to answer any questions you may have. If there was a way to give them 6 stars I would."

"Tidal Wave Response helped us navigate an unexpected flood that could have ruined irreplaceable family heirlooms and antiques, had they not responded so quickly! Hunter and Johnny were both knowledgeable and efficient, straightforward and easy to talk to (at a time when we were shaken and very uncertain!). They walked us through a multi-step plan to completely dry out our basement (while protecting the furniture and antiques), to repair and replace damaged sheetrock and baseboards, and finally to clean up the site and restore it to its pre-flood condition. The cost for everything was clearly explained and they left us with everything we needed to claim their services on our insurance. Their website states "Call Now – We'll Be Right Over, which couldn't be more true!" We were amazed at how quickly they arrived when we called! I give my highest recommendation to Tidal Wave Response!"

"This job was subcontracted out. Daniel was excellent!"
