"fabulous service; very professional; very prompt"

"I hired Tri State Flood to help us with our water damage emergency, crews came fast, the office followed up with me to make sure we were all set. Very professional, reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Tri State Flood!"

"We came home from work and discovered our toilet supply line had ruptured and caused flooding to our main level and our finished basement. We didn't know what to do. A friend recommended Pride Cleaning and Restoration. I called them right away and was surprised I was able to talk to a person even though it was after 800 PM. I spoke to Jim and he was able to get a crew sent out right away. They worked until 2 AM and had another crew come over in the morning to keep working on saving what they could in my basement including my doll collection that was passed down to me by my grandmother. They also worked with the insurance company and I really felt they were looking out for me and not just the insurance company. Pride made a horrible situation tolerable. I hope I never have to go through this again, however I know I can call Pride to take care of me."

"Very professional and thorough. However, we were unaware of how many of our things couldn't be cleaned and had to go until the guys got here and began telling us all the things that couldn't be cleaned and had to be disposed of. We were a bit shocked at the time, wish we had been made aware at the time of the estimate. We called and asked them about some of our things, and they managed to save some, which we were able to pick up. I would recommend to anyone using this service that they ask specifically about any and all items in the affected mold area that can and cannot be salvaged, and be prepared to know what you're willing to part with if it cannot be cleaned."

"All services were performed in a professional and timely manner.

"They were responsive to every call, did the work professionally and cleaned up nicely.  We would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.  We had two leaning columns in the back yard that are now straight and piered so they will never shift again.  They then removed a large area of cracked cement and relayed.  It looks fantastic!

"The process went well and very professional to deal with. This involved basement mold removal and asbestos removal."
