"Glenn & Dylan were true professionals in my home today completing our duct cleaning service! Their customer service skills were appreciated and they were very knowledgeable as well. Thank you!"

"We have just finished up having demo work done in our basement after we got several inches of water in the deluge of storms a few weeks back, and needed to pass along our recommendation. After several DAYS of back-and-forth voicemails and â weâ ll call you back in 10 minutesâ with a popular restoration company, I started to look for a better solution. After all, who doesnâ t want to wait a few extra days as the mold starts to spread? I reached out to Noah at ServMate, and cannot say enough about how terrific he and his crew were. He answered my call and was at the house the next morning. Even showed up a few minutes early, whenâ s the last time you had a contractor do that? We had a drawn-out debate with our insurance company about coverage (they declined to get involved, naturally) and Noah was patient and helpful the entire way through. When they declined to assist, he made sure to work the bill to a number we could manage. His crew showed up on time, friendly, clean, and efficient. They put in a 12-hour day to make sure they got everything done as fast as they could so they could start drying the place out. One poor guy got saddled with 3+ hours of air chiseling the old vinyl tile up, but they still left with a smile. Every call and text was answered immediately or returned within minutes, day or night, weekend or not. All work was done to fit into our schedule. They were more than cooperative in helping make sure we knew exactly what was and wasnâ t salvageable, cleanable, etc. When the bill came due, Noah made sure to rework the invoice so we could split it over check and credit card payment. While I canâ t say the basement flood is an experience I enjoyed, working with Noah and his team was beyond an A+ experience. Should you find yourself in the same unfortunate position this spring, know that you will have a bright spot in the mess."

"Emergency Service Restoration is Top Flight. Jeff and his team did a great job very quickly. They are 100% dependable and we on the job fast and on time thought out the project. They take care of walking you thru the process with all the adjusters and insurance companies. The customer service is outstanding. We had a pipe leak into multiple rooms starting in the Kitchen. The guys knocked this job out very quickly and allowed us to maintain our daily schedules. I give them my highest recommendation."

"I came home after work only to find our entire finished basement underwater. I called HomeAdvisor and they matched us with Protection Restoration. Protection Restoration came out immediately with two of the nicest hard working guys we ever encountered. They not only got out of all the water and dried out basement out but they delt with our insurance company and rebuilt our basement exactly the way we wanted with no cost to us what so ever. This company was truly a god send."

"The crew showed up precisely when they said they would and began work immediately. All were professional and courteous. No extraneous noise, i.e. yelling or goofing around at all. The roof was done and the area cleaned up better than it was when they arrived in record time.
I expected a day for tear off and a day for shingles. They had the new shingles down by 4:00 pm on day one.
The gutter crew arrived about 20 minutes after the roofers left and they had the new gutters up in about an hour and a half. The gutter guard was not in stock for them on the day of installation, so they had to make a second trip to install it but that too was a quick job a few days later.
Great customer service.
Excellent communication.
A good price and a job well done!

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"I had called several lab companies, prior to finding Andy at Cierra Environmental and they did not even call me back. I was referred to Cierra Environmental from a mold remediation company. His credentials are amazing! He was absolutely wonderful to work with, as well as a great friend during a most difficult and stressful time in our life. He gave me alot of phone time as well, regarding all of the lab testing. Because the lab testing the results were coming in at different times. He was extremely thorough which was very important to me for health reasons. During our process with him I was also working on a fundraiser for my son's dad who was having an organ transplant. Andy was very generous in donating to that as well. He truly has a heart of gold. His pricing was very reasonable and his work ethics are extremely high and professional. I would definitely recommend Cierra Environmental and also use his service again if needed. He also does mold remediation as well, even though I had already found someone before."
