"It went smooth and thorough and he gave us the information we needed to know. I was wanting to schedule something soon and they were able to come out two days after I inquired their services! Cant beat that. We also got a phone call explaining everything that was found for the air quality test and where to go from there. All their help was very much appreciated."

"Due to an unexpected partial flooded basement on a Sunday evening, I sent out requests for service. John was the first one to call and was at our house in just about an hour. He is very prompt and professional, and was able to get the water out of the basement that same night. He then set up 11 dehumidifiers throughout the basement to dry everything out for 3 days. The conclusion was handled very well, and he took "before and after" photos and sent those to the insurance company, and took multiple humidity readings as well. I highly recommend John for his skills, timeliness, and professionalism."

"They called as soon as we requested help for a sewer backup and weâ re willing to come out that night but we opted to have them start the clean up in the morning, the were very thorough and knowledgeable, job was completed properly and quickly"

"Great service. On time, Friendly and fair price. They went above and beyond by explaining the issues and how to resolve them effectively so they don't have to come back and do further repairs in the future. I will definitely be using them again!"

"We had a great experience with Justin and his crew. Initially we contacted him to replace some 65yr old windows, and he was the only contractor to bring to our attention that we had hail damage on the window wraps, siding, gutters, and roof. His experience really helped us thru the insurance claim process and it ended up being a huge cost savings for us. We were so impressed with his customer service, we decided to have him convert our 1-season porch into a 3-season porch, install tile flooring, replace some doors, and paint the interior and exterior of our home. He listened to our ideas, gave us options and suggestions, and helped create solutions for all of the projects. He's like a fiduciary for home improvement and we relied on his expertise to make some great choices to improve our home."

"The mold in my garage ceiling and walls is completely removed. Water had been leaking down from the deck which is directly above,to get rid of the source of the problem. The garage walls and ceiling look aawesome with new sheetrock and paint. My decks will be redone by them also this spring. Schaun really cares about the people he serves and wants them to stay healthy as in my case by removing toxic mold. The work his staff has done so far is excellent and I look forward to them getting my decks and the railings completely redone in the spring. I would highly recommend Allied Property Services to anyone and you will be happy with the work they do for you."

"Dry Air responded immediately, did exactly what they said they would do (within the time-frame promised), and followed through to make sure work was complete. Employees are professional, friendly and careful not to create any more mess than is necessary when removing paneling, floor tiles and dry wall."
