JT (the owner) came out for the initial assessment and provided me with a detailed, itemized quote, which was thorough and easy to understand. I had to reschedule our initial appointment a couple of times due to unforeseen circumstances and Kaitlyn (office manager) was responsive and accommodating. The technicians were prompt, professional, completed the job, and cleaned up after. One of the techs, Anthony, stayed late to make sure all is done properly since I had the contractor crew coming in the next morning for a rebuild. They had laser measures, tools for reading how wet the drywall was, infrared cameras to look at the water saturation... It was impressive! They also were very competitive in pricing. I chose them for those reasons and because they were start-to-finish, handling the remediation and removal efforts all the way through to reconstruction and finishing efforts. The technology carried through those efforts as well, with 3D scanning to measure space and material requirements. The two carpenters who worked on putting everything back together (and actually beyond what was originally there, Janusz and Yaroslav, were extremely professional, polite, detail-oriented and neat. I am astounded by the quality of their craftsmanship. I cannot recommend GCPRO enough!"
